My name is Kara and I am a full spectrum doula, medicine woman, energy worker, medium etc who assists with fertility, birth, postpartum, abortion, loss + bereavement, surrogacy and end of life care, womb healing for all people! I have been helping people on their own doula journey since 2021 but my other work since 2018. This is something that runs in my family with the maternal mother figures of my line that supports their community from maintaining birth houses, making medicines, working in the medical field using ancestral African/Indigenous/Caribbean practices and so much more. This work has been deeply and thoroughly taught to me since I was a child!

My mission is to be on both sides assisting those coming into this realm and those exiting with everything in between. I will be helping those in my community to prioritize rest, healing, grace, upgrading fertility, birthing, postpartum, end of life experiences and supporting those that go through positive care to traumatic care. My goal is to help all of my clients to have the best advocacy and help you to stand up for yourself. I am here to uplift, liberate, support, nurture, educate and expose you to the best kind of care with so much grace. I specialize in womb work and healing. I prioritize it. I also believe in making the end of life experience as peaceful as possible. Every family deserves access to amazing doula support that can help emotionally, spiritually, mentally & physically!
